We are inviting another Nurse Practitioner to join our clinical team.

If you are a qualified and endorsed Nurse Practitioner with at least five years' experience in Chronic Disease Management, this new clinical position could be for you. This position is one of two being funded by the Nurse Practitioner Models of Practice Program implemented by the Department of Health and Ageing in November 2011.

The successful NP will provide advanced practice nursing services in a consultancy role for clients in Perth's south metropolitan region, including four Brightwater residential facilities. Peer support will be available from two other NPs, and a full complement of skilled and experienced nurses and allied health team members.

A part of the WA community since 1901, Brightwater has developed an enviable reputation for service, flexibility and innovation. We are a large, metropolitan care service provider caring for people in both residential and community settings. With both community care packages and a range of residential facilities, Brightwater is able to provide care services according to the preferences and needs of its clients.

This is a full-time contract position to June 2014, and the remuneration package is very attractive:
