Older Persons Mental Health Service (OPMHS) provides services to people living in and across country South Australia. The target population for OPMHS is:

• Older people 65 years and over, and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people 50 years and over
• People with newly emerging mental health issues

• People with longstanding mental health issues who have significant or complicated age related health problems

• People with longstanding mental health issues who have not been seen by the community mental health team for 2 years

• People with dementia who also have significant mental health issues such as depression, anxiety or psychosis, or are at risk of developing mental health problems
