ACNP NATIONAL BOARD OF DIRECTORS ELECTION 2022
The ACNP is led by a National Board of Directors with a National Council advising on key regional and strategic issues facing Nurse Practitioners and the membership. The nominations for the appointment of the ACNP Board of Directors are open. Nominations will close on the 30th of May 2022 (11.59pm AEST).
Details of nominations:
Any full member (AHPRA-endorsed Nurse Practitioners) shall be eligible to serve as an elected Director of the ACNP Board.
The Board of Directors shall include two elected Directors: Two Directors for a two-year term (October 2022 – October 2024)
The allocation of roles will be self-nominated by the elected Directors.
Nominations will only be accepted via completing the four steps as outlined below.
Four steps to nominate:
- Complete the ‘National Board of Directors Application form’ which addresses the selection criteria relating to your eligibility for an ACNP Board Director position. Go to Election Forms
Attach supporting documents #1-4 detailed in the application form
Ensure you are able to meet the declaration requirements of ASIC Corporation ACT 2001 to be Director of a College Board, noting specific duties and responsibilities as highlighted in Chapter 2D - Officers & Employees.
Email your completed forms and attachments in PDF form to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please title your email ‘Nomination for Board of Directors’

The successful nominees will be appointed by the Nominations Committee, on the 15th of September and announced to members at the AGM held at the ACNP National Conference in October 2022.
