NPSC Consultation - Let our voice be heard

I’m very pleased to announce that the Australian Government Department of Health has now released the Nurse Practitioner 10 Year Plan Survey.  This survey is a direct result of the work of the Nurse Practitioner 10 Year Plan Steering Committee, which was formed earlier this year following a number of Peak Nursing Organisations visiting The Minister for Health, the Hon. Greg Hunt.

This survey is Consumer feedback focussed, and also encourages all stakeholders to contribute.

There are both long-form and short-form surveys, as well as the opportunity to provide written feedback either by email, or post.

ACNP will be holding a number of ZOOM sessions to discuss this consultation with our members, and will also be providing resources on our website early next week to assist in your engagement of Consumers and Stakeholders.  

With NP Week starting soon, and our ‘Kickstart the Conversation' challenge, we believe this is very timely!  Kickstart your Conversation about Nurse Practitioners, and also talk about this opportunity with everyone you can.

We will update you via In Focus early next week with more information, the ZOOM dates and times, and links to helpful resources on our website.
