Nurse Practitioner Day - NT

EVENT OVERVIEW:

This ACNP NT celebration of Nurse Practitioners Day, will be held on 12th December 2023.

Face to face sessions will be held in Darwin & Alice Springs but there will be an opportunity for others to connect online. 

• Darwin – Menzies School of Health Research – RDH campus 
• Alice Springs – Hilton Hotel Board Room 

This event will include speakers and invited guests who will present on current and future workforce strategies in the NT.

The afternoon session will be a panel discussion of our NP's mentors and educators to discuss pathways toward nurse practitioner endorsement.

The day will close with the topic of Mental Health, self-care, and wellbeing in clinical practice.

The day is designed for NPs, NP trainees and Advanced Practice Nurses who will benefit from public acknowledgement of their contribution to the community and the chance to network.
