Awards, Scholarships & Recognition Program
This is an important initiative of the Australian College of Nurse Practitioners as we continue to formally recognise the outstanding service of Nurse Practitioners and Advanced Practice Nurses.
All Awards and Scholarships recognise the invaluable work Nurse Practitioners and Advanced Practice Nurses contribute to the Australian community, ensuring effective, timely, innovative and efficient care of an individual’s health issues in a complex and constantly changing environment.
As a college, we strongly encourage nominations and applications from across the country, in relation to all types of roles and specialities. Please check the guidelines and consider who you may wish to nominate for an award, or whether you could apply for a scholarship yourself or encourage others to apply!
All nominators and applicants need to complete the relevant online form via each award or scholarship’s dedicated webpage.

Winners/Recipients will be notified within a suitable timeframe to enable booking of transport and accommodation for attendance at the relevant ACNP National Conference. All announcements are to be held in confidence until after the presentation at the Gala Awards Dinner 2026.
PRESENTATION
All Award winners and Scholarship recipients will be announced at the ACNP National Conference Gala Awards Dinner, held on 15 September 2026, Adelaide Oval, Adelaide, South Australia.
