SCHOLARSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS

By checking the following box I confirm that I understand and accept the following.

1. Late or incomplete applications will not be accepted.

2. All applications must be made via the online application forms with attachments uploaded in PDF form.

3. The Review Committee will undertake assessment of all applications and their decision will be final.

4. ACNP reserve the right to publish information about the scholarship and successful applicant in their medium of choice.

5. To apply for this scholarship, the nominee must be available to attend the ACNP National Conference, 6-8 November 2024, held at the Cairns Convention Centre.

6. All announcements are to be held in confidence until the Gala Award Dinner where the presentation will take place

7. The scholarship funds can be used for National Conference registration, pre-conference workshops, clinical workshops, additional tickets for National Conference social functions, or travel and accommodation related to the National Conference   

8. The scholarship amount is $1500 with an additional $500 available to those who live in a rural or remote area. Please mark if you wish to apply for the additional $500 below.

9. If successful, I agree to complete a brief report to ACNP within three months of attending the conference, outlining how the scholarship was beneficial.
